Your first task is to identify the assignment list to be changed. This is handled by setting the four drop boxes at the top of the screen (school, class, student, and assignment list). Then you can choose between the three menu options below the drop boxes.
• You need to select the class to whom the student is assigned.
1. If necessary set the Select a school drop box to your school's name.
2. Click on the Select the class... drop box opening it.
3. Using the scroll bar if necessary, locate the appropriate class and click on it.
• Next identify the student to whom the assignment list was assigned.
4. Click on the Select the student... drop box, then select the appropriate student.
• Choose the assignment list you wish to work with.
5. Click on the Select the assignment list... drop box, then on the desired assignment list.
• With the proper assignment list selected you can now pick an action to take with it. Please keep in mind that several of the pages you'll use to change assignment lists are the same screens you used to create them. So their help pages may be labeled with the step number from the creation process. But the procedures are equally valid for changing an existing list.
Hint - To change settings for individual lessons choose View or Change the Assignments in the List below. On the resulting screen you can highlight the individual assignment and use the Assignment Settings button to modify it.
6. Either, click on Change the name or settings of the list which will take you to the Step 2 - Settings for Assignment List page.
OR
Choose View or Change the assignments in the list which will lead you to that page.
OR
Select Inactivate the list and you will immediately be asked to confirm that you want to inactivate the assignment list.
OR
Click on the Cancel button to return to the previous menu without saving your changes.
