The task is a simple one. Type in the class name, then select the grade level and school from drop boxes.
1. Click your mouse in the Class name text box.
• The narrow black text cursor should be flashing in the Class name text box.
2. Type in the name of the class.
3. Click on the Grade level drop box.
4. If necessary use the scroll bar to locate the desired Grade level, then click on it.
• If your school's name already appears in the School drop box then skip to the final numbered step.
5. Click on the School drop box.
6. If necessary use the scroll bar to locate your School, then click on it.
7. Either, add additional classes by clicking on the Save and Continue Adding button.
OR
Click on the Finished button to save your work and return to the Set Up Classes menu.
OR
Click on the Cancel button to return to the Set Up Classes menu without saving your changes.
