Overview of Changing Class Information

This page handles two tasks:

          Identifying the class to be changed. The two upper-right drop boxes enable you to select the class to be viewed.


          Changing the class information. The text box and two drop boxes on the lower-left provide the opportunity to change the class record.



Step-By-Step on How to Change Class Information

First you will choose the class, then you can edit its information.

  1. If necessary set the Select the school... drop box to your school's name.


  2. Click on the Select the class... drop box, then scrolling if necessary, select the desired class.


          The desired class information should now be displayed in the lower left boxes. You can select a different class by returning to step 1.


  3. Click on the information you wish to change.


          The next step depends on whether you are changing information in a text box or a drop box.


  4. Either, type in new text if you are changing the Class name.

            OR

      Use the drop box lists to select another Grade level or School.


          You can repeat step 4 until you have changed all three of the class record's fields.


  5. Either, click on the Finished button to save your changes and return to the Set Up Classes menu.

            OR

      Select the Save and Change Settings for Another Class to edit further class records.

            OR

      Choose the Undo My Changes to return the class to its previous settings.

            OR

      Click on the Cancel button to return to the previous menu without saving your changes.
