Before you can inactivate a class you have to locate the class record. The current management system page presents that opportunity.
If the class record's school is already listed in the School drop box skip to step 3.
1. Using the mouse, click on the Select a school drop box (top of the page), opening it.
2. Using the mouse, click on the appropriate school.
• If a scroll bar appears in any drop box then it means there are more options than can be shown in the box. Use the scroll bar to browse down the list until you find the correct selection and click on it.
3. Click on the Select a grade level drop box, use the scroll bar if necessary to find the appropriate grade, then click on it.
• The screen may flicker briefly each time you make a selection. This is normal, the screen is being automatically refreshed with new information that reflects your choice.
4. Click on the Select a class... drop box, use the scroll bar if necessary to find the user's class, then click on it.
• With the desired class highlighted you are ready to inactivate it.
5. Either, click on the Inactivate Selected Class button and proceed to the final step where you can confirm or cancel your choice.
OR
Click on the Cancel button to return to the Set Up Classes menu without saving your changes.
